SLEEP Help for Insomnia: Binaural ASMR (Mic Scratching) Use Headphones!!

I'm sure if you have never heard of ASMR before, you are probably wondering what the heck is ASMR. So here is a brief description.

ASMR means Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. This is perceptual phenomenon characterized by a distinct tingling sensation in the head, scalp, back, or other parts of the body brought on by specific auditory and visual cognitive stimuli. There is not much scientific evidence for this phenomena, though there is plenty of personal evidence of its effects.

The sounds in this video will cause a very relaxing tingly feeling in the body. This video can be used for meditation, or just to relax, and is used by many people including myself to help them sleep.

I honestly listen to ASMR videos every day to relax or sleep. I use them at home and work. Even if I am wide awake and wired, I can listen to an ASMR video and be passed out sleeping in no time! It is truly an unbelievable thing that you can not explain but only experience.

I hope you enjoy this video as much as I do. And if you have never experienced or heard of ASMR, you are in for an amazing treat!
