MANIFEST your SOULMATE Meditation~ Law of Attraction Meditation

Welcome to Dauchsy’s Manifest Series. In this meditation, you will be guided into manifesting your soulmate.  You may know specifically what you want in a partner, looks, personality, success, or if you are still just figuring this part out, you are now on the way to attracting this love into your life.

You will be amazed at how easily and effortlessly the universe will bring you opportunities to connect with your soulmate. All you must do is take action! Taking action may seem scary and difficult, especially when trying to find your soulmate, but you can trust that the universe will bring you the best opportunity to make this process easy and effortless.

There is one thing to keep in mind. You are the creator of your own reality. But only yours. You cannot create in someone else’s reality. What this means is, you cant force a specific person to be a vibrational match to you. I know that may be difficult, as some may be listening to this with a specific person in mind. But just know and trust the universe, as it sees the whole picture, and will be able to bring to you someone better than you could even imagine. Also, there is no need to force it, every time you find yourself getting frustrated, just let it go and trust that the universe is bringing to you everything you desire in a soulmate.

  1. There are studies that demonstrate a link between meditation and mental aging. These studies suggest that the improvement in concentration and mental flexibility achieved through meditation also helps protect the brain from cognitive decline. Factors such as food, physical activity and education are also important for neurological health, but keep in mind that the brain is like a muscle and must be trained to remain active. In that sense, meditation is helpful.

    Fortunately, learning to meditate has never been easier. If you are interested in starting, look for a quiet place in your home, close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. You can also look for a trusted institution that explains step by step how to start with this ancient practice. Meditation requires effort, but in a very short time you will begin to feel the benefits of maintaining a healthy mind.

Yes it was a fiction, but it tells of how you attract the situations, the people, & the objects that may hold the answers to your questions or your problems. I am Affirmation
