Guided Meditation: RELEASING Your FEARS

It is important for us , in our busy lives, to take some time for ourselves. This time should be set aside so that we can rejuvenate our body and mind. This allows us to take a step back and figure out what truly makes us happy.
When we forget to take time for ourselves, we can get stuck in a "rut" where we stop growing and continue on with the habits that used to make us happy. People change and are not always happy with the same things throughout their lives. If we don't take a closer look at our lives and what really makes us happy, we will begin to naturally feel a depression. Anxiety will begin to creep more and more into our lives and Fear will be the predominant factor that controls our day to day behaviors. This will continue to happen until we reach that threshold and take action to make the necessary change. 


Instead of going through all of this anxiety and worry, it is much easier to take time for yourself and release this fear that has built up in your life. 


I believe the best way to take time for yourself and look at your life is through meditation. Whether you would rather do it silently or with a guiding voice, you will begin to see how your fears have been a main motivation in life and how to let these fears go. When we are able to finally let these fears go, we can follow our passions in life that will truly make us happy. This will not only impact your life, but also the people you interact with every day.
