REJUVENTATION Meditation: GUIDED MEDITATION to Relax and Rejuvenate the Body



This is a quick guided meditation to help you rejuvenate the body by relaxing and clearing the mind from the clutters of the day. Whether you are just waking up in the morning and need something to transition your body awake and start the day, or if you are experiencing a mid day crash and need a jolt of positive energy to get you through it.

 Many of us have very busy lives and I can understand how difficult it is to find the time to meditate during the day, so I wanted to put a meditation that is quick and easy where you can get the most benefit in a short amount of time! By listening to this meditation, you will be able to have more energy and to complete all the tasks during the day. In literally only ten minutes, you will feel refreshed as if you just took a two hour nap. It would actually take longer to get coffee and drink it. I hope you enjoy!
